Returns

Returns

At Fit & Folly we can appreciate the luxury of returning products for change of mind, however, with our boutique being a small independent store still standing after the effects of the pandemic, we can only accept exchanges or credit notes.

Exchanges and credit notes may be provided within 14 days of purchase on full priced items, when returned in their original condition (undamaged, unworn, and unwashed), and with labels still intact. Fit & Folly reserve the right to not accept exchanges on items that are returned to the store, if we believe the item has been used or damaged.

Please see the section on ‘Faulty or damaged items’ if your purchased item fails to be of an acceptable quality or presents a major fault of the design.

Store Credit

You may return an item for a store credit when an item remains in its original condition, and within 14 days of its purchase.

Store credits will be printed off on your receipt in which it is the individual’s responsibility to handle. We do not store your credit notes.

There is no length of time for which your credit note is valid for.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care of our products and aim to provide items that are of exceptional quality and standard.

Nonetheless, we understand that some goods result in not meeting this standard and so we are always happy to issue a replacement, and if we are unable to, to then issue a refund. We will also refund you if the fault is major.

Returning Sale Items

All sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, despite change of mind or mistake of purchasing the wrong size. Sale items have been reduced to sell, and so we recommend thinking mindfully before purchasing.

Shipping & Delivery

Not only do we appreciate our in-store customers, but we love our online shoppers too.

We offer online purchases and supply these with standard postage starting at (AU $10), express postage (AU $12), and can fulfil some international orders (this will require communications with our staff to see if this is doable and will vary in pricing – please email info@fitandfolly.com.au). All our orders from Fit & Folly are shipped via Australia Post.

When orders exceed the payment of $150, we provide our shoppers with no fee on standard postage.

Please note, if for whatever reason you require a refund of your purchase, we will only refund the cost of the product and not the initial postage amount along with it. We also do not cover the costs associated with products being returned.

Local Delivery

We understand and can appreciate the busy lives of our lovely customers, and so do offer free local delivery to those located in Shepparton, Kialla, and Mooroopna.

We aim to offer same day delivery, and if this is not doable will do so on the following day.

Click & Collect

We offer click and collect with our online orders. Once a click and collect order has been made, we will collect your purchased items and store it out the back until you are ready to pick it up.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a buy now, pay later platform that lets you pay for your items in 4 instalments over 6 weeks, interest free.

How Does Afterpay Work?

When you use Afterpay, you pay for your items in 4 instalments over 6 weeks, without incurring any interest. To use Afterpay, add items to your shopping cart then select Afterpay from the available payment options. You pay for the first instalment of 25% at the time of purchase, and the remaining three instalments will be automatically deducted from your nominated debit or credit card over the following six weeks.

How Do I Set Up an Afterpay Account?

Step one: Add your items to your shopping cart.

Step two: Select Afterpay as your payment method at the checkout.

Step three: You’ll be redirected to Afterpay to login or create your account.

Step four: Your payment schedule will be displayed.

Step five: Track your payments, check available spend limits, and make early payments in the Afterpay app.

To set up an Afterpay account you’ll need to:

  • Live in Australia or New Zealand
  • Be over 18 years of age
  • Have an Australian/New Zealand debit or credit card
  • Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number
  • Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number
  • Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract
  • Credit checks apply

Afterpay caps late fees to help keep costs manageable for customers who miss a payment. Late fees will never exceed 25% of the order total or $68 per order, whichever is lower.

How this works:

For orders under $40: A one-time late fee of up to 25% of the order total applies

For orders of $40 or more: A $10 late fee is charged when a payment is missed. If the outstanding amount remains unpaid after seven days, an additional $7 late fee applies . This is the same for all late payments until the 25% cap or $68 amount is reached. To remain within the cap, we may charge partial amounts of the $10 and $7 fees.

Afterpay is committed to doing everything they can to help you not miss a payment, including sending you payment reminders and offering options to reschedule upcoming payment dates.

Afterpay is designed to be completely different to traditional credit products that charge interest, so that customers are never in a situation of high compounding interest and revolving debt.

Is Afterpay accepted in-store and Online?

Afterpay can be used online and in stores, depending on the retailer or service. To shop in-store, you’ll need to download the Afterpay app and set up the Afterpay Card. You can add it to your digital wallet via the ‘In-store tab’ in the app. Then when you’re shopping in-store, just tap to pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay. To shop online, select Afterpay as your payment method at the checkout. You’ll be redirected to Afterpay to login or create your account.

Is Afterpay Safe to use?

Afterpay has been built with a range of security features and services to help keep your accounts secure, including monitoring transactions to identify fraudulent trends and behaviours, multi-factor authentication, and encryption to protect your information. What happens if I require a refund and paid using Afterpay?

Items purchased with Afterpay can be returned for an exchange or refund, subject to’s Returns Policy. Returns or refunds will be processed and Afterpay will be advised. Your payment plan will then be adjusted to reflect the new total order value. If you have already made a payment, this will be refunded to you via Afterpay.

Gift Vouchers

Our gift vouchers can be bought and redeemed within our store or on-line. These vouchers may be noted to have an expiry date, but do not fall out of our system.

Laybuy

We do offer our customers the option of laybys. These layby purchases are available with a minimum and non-refundable 20% deposit.

Laybys are expected to be fulfilled within 8 weeks of the initial deposit date. If items are not fulfilled, they will respectfully be returned to the floor with the 20% deposit being retained.
