What are your policies on refunds, exchanges, and faulty items on full priced and sale items?

At Fit & Folly we can appreciate the luxury of returning products for change of mind, however, with our boutique being a small independent store still standing after the effects of the recent pandemic, we can only accept exchanges or credit notes. 

Exchanges and credit notes may be provided within 14 days of purchase on full priced items, when returned in their original condition (undamaged, unworn, and unwashed), and with labels still intact. Fit & Folly reserve the right to not accept exchanges on items that are returned to the store, if we believe the item has been used or damaged.

You may return an item for a store credit when an item remains in its original condition, and within 14 days of its purchase. 

Store credits will be printed off on your receipt in which it is the individual’s responsibility to handle. We do not store your credit notes.  

There is no length of time for which your credit note is valid for.

We take great care of our products and aim to provide items that are of exceptional quality and standard.

Nonetheless, we understand that some goods result in not meeting this standard and so we are always happy to issue a replacement, and if we are unable to, to then issue a refund. We will also refund you if the fault is major. 

All sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, despite change of mind or mistake of purchasing the wrong size. Sale items have been reduced to sell, and so we recommend thinking mindfully before purchasing.

Our gift vouchers can be bought and redeemed within our store or on-line. These vouchers may be noted to have an expiry date, but do not fall out of our system. 

Do not worry if you lose your copy of your gift vouchers! We keep a physical copy of all bought vouchers, and so if lost, can locate it for you.

We do offer our customers the option of laybys. These layby purchases are available with a minimum and non-refundable 20% deposit. 

Laybys are expected to be fulfilled within 8 weeks of the initial deposit date. If items are not fulfilled, they will respectfully be returned to the floor with the 20% deposit being retained. 

Not only do we appreciate our in-store customers, but we love our online shoppers too. 

We offer online purchases and supply these with standard postage (AU $8), express postage (AU $10), and can fulfil some international orders (this will require communications with our staff to see if this is doable and will vary in pricing – please email info@fitandfolly.com.au).  All our orders from Fit & Folly are shipped via Australia Post. 

When orders exceed the payment of $100, we provide our shoppers with no fee on standard postage.

Please note, if for whatever reason you require a refund of your purchase, we will only refund the cost of the product and not the initial postage amount along with it. We also do not cover the costs associated with products being returned.

We understand and can appreciate the busy lives of our lovely customers, and so do offer free local delivery to those located in Shepparton, Kialla, and Mooroopna. 

We aim to offer same day delivery, and if this is not doable will do so on the following day (this rarely is the case). 

Yes we do. Once a click and collect order has been made, we will collect your purchased items and store it out the back until you are ready to pick it up.
